We’re developing a new online home for collage, and we need your help!
From Molly, Wilf and me: thank you. Over the past five years, you've helped Contemporary Collage Magazine become something we're incredibly proud of. It's been quite a journey, and we hope it's one we can continue together.
❋ Firstly, a thank youIn 2021, I launched Contemporary Collage Magazine because I was shocked by how little provision there was for collage artists across the world. I believed then, and still do, that collage needs a platform where artists can have their work shown and inspire others.
Together with Molly, I set out to create a beautiful magazine that any artist would be proud to be featured in. We think we've delivered on that.
❋ Why we startedThe past year has been very tough. Rising prices, increasingly complicated and punitive customs and tariffs, and a subscription platform that let us down badly have brought us to a stark choice: evolve or fold.

❋ Why things have to changeWe've spent the past few months developing a new approach that relies less on postage and third-party systems, and focuses on high-quality, accessible content for any artist in the world, at a low cost.
❋ What's next: the Contemporary Collage PlatformUntil January, magazine subscriptions were our main source of income. When our fulfilment system let us down, we had to pause all new subscriptions, and that income has all but disappeared.
We’re hoping to raise £15,000 by the 6th December to see us through this transition. It will help cover our overheads, wages and outgoings while we build the new platform and prepare for launch.

All of this will be available for a small monthly membership fee.
