I haven’t received my magazine, where is it?

Contemporary Collage Magazine is a digital publication, so you won’t receive anything in the post if you’ve purchased a single issue or subscribed to receive the magazine monthly.

Subscribers can find the magazine in their ‘Members area’. Simply login, and there will be a pop up bar to the side of the screen saying ‘read the current issue here’. Click this and it will take to you to the page where you can read and download the current issue of the magazine.

If you have purchased the magazine as a single issue, you will recieve an email after purchasing with a link to download the issue. This is active for 24 hours. If you haven’t managed to download your purchase in this time, please send us an email to: hello@contemporarycollagemagazine.com
and we will refresh the link for you.

I want to cancel my membership

We’re always sad to hear that someone want’s to stop receiving their Contemporary Collage Magazines, we work really hard to make them as diverse and interesting as possible - but we understand times can be tough, and we’re not the right fit for everyone.

If you’d like to cancel your membership simply log in to your account with us. Depending on whether you do this on your phone or a computer - there will be a pop up to the right of the screen (on the computer) or a menu that appears that says 'read your CC.Magazine here' if you look to the bottom of the menu it will say 'account' if you click that button and then:

Memberships > CC.Magazine subscription > Go to manage subscription > cancel subscription. This will stop all reoccurring payments to us but your account will still be active should you wish to purchase anything from us in the future.

I’m a member and I’ve forgotten to download the last magazine(s)

Every month when we launch the next issue of the magazine, we will also include a link to download the magazine we’ve replaced. I.E if we’ve just published issue #24, we’ll include the like to download issue #23 in that email. Please keep hold of these as the links are always active, and should you forget to download them, or misplace the PDF on your computer, you can refer back to these and download them again. However, if you can’t find the emails, simply get in touch letting us know which issues you need and we will send them to you.

I ordered a challenge/product and it hasn’t arrived.

We always post our challenges within a week of purchase, national delivery should arrive within a week of dispatch, and international orders can take a while longer. If you haven’t received your order within a month of purchase, please get in touch: hello@contemporarycollagemagazine.com with your name, the challenge you’ve purchased and the address your challenges should be sent to and we’ll do our best to get another challenge out to you.
