September Challenge - U&LC Magazine

Here’s how it works: each month we select a vintage magazine title. Everyone who signs up for the challenge will receive a copy of that title to work with.

Your task? Create one or more collages using only the pages of the magazine provided. We want to see how different artists interpret the source material – what themes emerge, and how wildly the results can vary when working with the same set of limitations.

The magazine you’ve been sent is your source material for your collage/s. Your challenge is to use that material to create new work using only the magazine provided, plus your substrate of choice.

The (very simple) rules:
• You can only use collage material from the magazine.
• You can use any size, type or colour of substrate you like.

You’ll have two months from purchase to send us your collage. A selection will be featured in Contemporary Collage Magazine, on the CC blog, and across our social media channels!

Please note that international shipping may be subject to customs charges that are beyond our control, international shipping should take between 5-7 working days but in our experience can take longer.
